THE 8-SECOND HAIR OVERHAUL
L’OREAL DREAM LENGTHS WONDER WATER, £4.95
Full disclosure, I was paid to try this out on my Instagram channel, but disclosure on top of disclosure, I only do that when I can genuinely, authentically stand by my endorsement. I knew I most likely would because it’s L’Oreal Paris isn’t it? And that’s not because of the ginormous beauty conglomerate with a prolific reputation behind them, but because of the miraculous Everpure hair sheet masks I found in a CVS in Chicago once. I was going to a wedding, I forgot to pack conditioner, I bought them because they was cheap and WOAH that stuff is amazing. You put it on like a metallic turban and you come out five minutes later with miraculous hair.
But I digress, I was excited to try this because of that. Plus, it promises to resurface every strand of my hair in eight seconds. EIGHT SECONDS. Music to my very busy, rarely gets a chance to shower let alone sit with conditioner in ears. I tried it on camera and WOAH that stuff is amazing.
My hair is all sorts of things at once, long, damaged, dry, fine, but lots of it, greying (argh!), coloured, unpredictable, but it was none of those things once I’d done a rough blowdry with a paddle brush. Apart from greying, obv. I am a 100% conditioner convert. I will travel to America to stock up on Everpure masks again one day, but that kind of conditioning indulgence will need to wait till my daughter is at school and out of my hair (BADOOM PSHH) I’d imagine, so until then, Wonder Water, I am all yours.
p.s. I wasn’t paid for this review btw, I just did it cos I love it.
